What ElderPath is

ElderPath Senior Placement is a senior living placement and referral service. We help families identify and compare senior living options in Southern California.

ElderPath is not a care provider, a licensed facility, or a medical provider. We do not own, operate, manage, license, or supervise any senior living community, and we do not provide care to residents.

Our guidance is informational

The information on this website and the guidance we provide are for general informational purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

We do not make clinical assessments or medical diagnoses. Any decision about care needs, level of care, or health should be made with the appropriate licensed professionals.

Communities make their own decisions

Senior living communities and residential care homes are independently licensed and independently operated. Each one makes its own decisions about:

• Whether to admit a prospective resident
• What care and services it can provide
• Its pricing, rate structure, and any fees
• Resident care plans and how they are reviewed

What we cannot guarantee

We do not control those decisions and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, availability, or admission.

No cost to families

Our guidance is free to families. ElderPath is compensated by the community a family chooses, as a referral fee. That fee does not change the rate a community quotes to you, and it does not obligate you to choose any particular community.

Your decision

The decision about where a loved one lives always belongs to your family. We provide information and guidance so that decision can be made with better information. We recommend that you visit any community in person and satisfy yourself that it is appropriate before making a decision.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but details about communities, services, and pricing change frequently and are set by the communities themselves. Information on this site may not reflect the most recent changes.
