Placement Should Feel Personal

Too often, finding senior living becomes a list of beds and prices. That approach misses the thing families actually need to decide: whether a place will suit the person who is going to live there.

So we start differently. We ask about the whole person, not just the level of care. What did they do on a normal Saturday? Do they want company or quiet? How far is too far for family to drive? Those answers shape the search, and they are usually what makes a recommendation land.

We cover the region rather than a single city, which means we can tell you honestly when a neighboring area fits better than the one you started with.

Local, and genuinely so

We are based in Rancho Cucamonga and work with communities across San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Knowing the region is what lets us talk about drive time rather than distance.

The family decides

Our role is to inform and guide. We do not push a particular community, and we do not make the choice. That belongs to your family, always.

Our guidance costs families nothing. ElderPath is paid by the community a family chooses, as a referral fee.

Meet Aaron Tinoco

A Personal Approach to Senior Placement

Families who work with ElderPath deal with Aaron Tinoco directly. The same person who takes the first call is the one who helps narrow the options, coordinates tours, and answers the questions that come up along the way.

Aaron holds an RCFE Administrator Certification from the California Department of Social Services. That is the same certification required of the people who run residential care facilities for the elderly in this state, covering regulatory compliance, resident rights, care standards, and the day to day operation of a licensed community.

It changes what he looks at when you tour a community together. Rather than taking the presentation at face value, he is reading the things that actually determine daily life there: staffing patterns across different hours, how care level changes are handled, how the community documents and reviews care plans, and what happens as a resident's needs shift over time.

That continuity is the point. You are not handed to a call center or passed between departments at the moment you are trying to make a decision about where a parent will live.
