You are not expected to know any of this going in. Most families do not. The process exists so that you do not have to hold all of it at once.

    Usually 20 to 30 minutes

    It starts with a phone call. You tell us what is happening with your loved one and what has changed recently. There is no script and no pressure. If you are not sure where to begin, that is a normal place to start.

    We listen more than we talk

    We ask about care needs, mobility, memory concerns, the areas you would consider, monthly budget, and what your family cares about most. This is the part that makes the search useful rather than overwhelming.

    We narrow the field to communities and residential care homes that may fit what you described. Because we cover the whole region rather than one city, we are not steering you toward a single area.
