No. Our service is completely free for families. There is no consultation fee, no placement fee, and no charge for tours or follow up. ElderPath is paid by the community a family chooses, in the form of a referral fee, which is a standard arrangement in senior placement. That fee never influences which options we share or the guidance we give, and your family is never billed.

We learn about your loved one's care needs, mobility, memory concerns, preferred location, budget, and lifestyle, then help identify options that may align with what matters most to your family. We can also help coordinate introductions and tours and answer questions as you compare.

Board & care homes, licensed as Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), are smaller residential settings, often with fewer residents and more personalized attention. Both provide help with daily living; the feel and scale are quite different.

Absolutely. Many of the families we help are searching from another city or state for a parent or relative who lives here. We can be your local eyes and ears, help coordinate tours around your schedule or with another family member, and keep you informed along the way.
